Earlier today in France, celebs and models walked the red carpet at the Cinema Against AIDS amfAR event. The fashion was insane and the makeup definitely impressed. Check out my favorite looks of the night!

Magdalena Frackowiak wore a soft brown shadow on her eyes but skipped liner and mascara.
I love Natasha Poly’s fiery red lips!! Her dress was amazing as well.

The Met Gala 2011 Trend: Deep Red Lips
While the dresses were predominately nude, the lips at the 2011 Metropolitan Museum of Art’s annual Costume Institute Gala were anything but!
Bold lips have been on our trend forecast for Spring (here) ever since they popped up all over the S/S 2011 runways. While the celebs definitely rocked the bold at the Met Gala, I just expected a little brightness as well. Emma Stone and Elizabeth Banks (below) went all out with the brights, but many of the other stars opted for deep red lips.

Kaley Cuoco went for a natural, fresh look, which I always love. Makeup artist, Gregory Arlt did a fantastic job keeping the star effortlessly glamorous.
January Jones is seriously perfect. Her hair and makeup are flawless and I love that she went with a bold lip!! Gorgeous.

Halle Berry could literally wear no makeup, and she’d still be on this list haha. It’s impossible for her to look bad!
Emma Stone does it again!! Her makeup has been on point lately! I love how simple this is, yet you can’t take your eyes off of her. So pretty.

When I spotted Emma Stone at the Critic’s Choice Awards tonight, I had no idea who she was! Obviously her hair color has changed but I’m loving the softer makeup. It’s so fresh and pretty. Definitely my favorite look of the night.

The Kardashians stepped onto The People’s Choice Awards red carpet this evening looking fabulous as usual, but something was different. Khloe has traded in her dark brown locks for a fiery new red hair color!
She definitely stands out from her sisters now, but do you like the transformation?

On Sunday, I had the pleasure of doing makeup for the gorgeous Alexandra Daddario for the MTV Video Music Awards. Alexandra starred in the movie Percy Jackson and the Olympians, and also has a movie coming out early next year alongside Owen Wilson and Christina Applegate. Lady Gaga’s makeup last night was stunning!! One of my favorite makeup artists, Billy B, created yet another flawless look on the pop star. It looked amazing in every medium from the red carpet telecast, to every picture taken, and especially when she was accepting her awards during the show. Billy B is truly a genius <3
